MashinaniWORKS hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible and interested bidders for the provision of all necessary labour, materials and equipment to undertake all associated solar and electrical installation works required to complete the solarization works in accordance with the approved designs and specifications.

The proposal document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000.00 (Three Thousand Kenya Shillings) to MashinaniWORKS. Bidders must pay the required amounts to Mashinani Works Limited, account number 2055300367, ABSA BANK MERU BRANCH, and ATTACH deposit slips with their bid documents upon return of the documents.

Proposals must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the proposal project reference number for the specific project being applied for.

Bidders applying for multiple projects must submit separate sealed envelopes for each tender reference number.

Interested eligible firms are to submit their bid documents physically at the MashinaniWORKS Headquarters, located in Matunda, Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, not later than 2^nd June 2026 at 12: 00 PM. Opening will be done on 3^rd June 2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
