Beatrice Lempaira is the BeadWORKS Director at the MashinaniWORKS. Her work involves community conservation, managing, and supporting teams. She has many years of experience working with indigenous/local communities, managing donors, and managing complex rangeland landscapes, women, and youth enterprises.
She is passionate about best practices in management, gender sensitivity, and inclusion. She is a champion for women’s rights in MashinaniWORKS and externally. She believes in empowering women and giving girls equal rights to boys in communities.
Beatrice is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Anthropology from McGill University and has a degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi.
